I recently had the pleasure of taking my 5-year-old son to Frosty’s Soft Play in Forfar, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a team of staff who not only exuded warmth and friendliness but also displayed an impressive level of professionalism that I found truly commendable.

Despite their youthful appearance, the staff at Frosty’s Soft Play are incredibly mature and dedicated to their roles. They went above and beyond to ensure that my son had the time of his life. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness were evident throughout our visit, making us feel welcomed and valued as customers.

The facility itself is a paradise for children, with a wide array of engaging activities and play areas that kept my son entertained for hours on end. From the colorful slides to the interactive games, Frosty’s Soft Play offers a safe and stimulating environment where kids can let their imaginations run wild.

What truly sets Frosty’s apart, however, is the genuine care and concern shown by the staff. They were constantly on hand to assist with any queries or concerns, ensuring that both parents and children alike felt supported and reassured.

Overall, I cannot recommend Frosty’s Soft Play enough. It’s clear that the staff are not only passionate about what they do but also deeply committed to providing exceptional experiences for their young visitors.

Thank you, Frosty’s, for exceeding all expectations and making my son’s day truly magical.

We will definitely be returning soon!

I just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service at our session today.

I didn’t catch her name but the girl working was just lovely. It was my first time attending a soft play with my two children solo and I am so glad I chose Frosty’s.

Even though she was busy she was still extremely friendly and polite. Even went out her way to make sure my little boy got his favourite character on his raisins packet – which with a 2 year old it could have actually been the end of the world if he didn’t get this.

I honestly can’t praise her and our experience here today highly enough.

Great place to take kids if weather bad.
Good selection of food and drink and do kids meals.
Staff really nice and friendly.
Tables beside play area so you can watch kids and have a tv for dads? to watch sports.
Highly recommended and my granddaughter loved her time here.
Well done Frostys and their staff.
Will definitely by back.

Great soft play facility. Fantastic bit for under 2’s.

Staff friendly and helpful. Toilets are all very child friendly which is rare!

Child friendly toilet seats and accessible sinks with stools.
